From October 24-31 our youngsters participated in YE "Peace Ambassadors" in Murzasichle, Poland. The project brought together participants from Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, Serbia, Romania and Jordan.

🎯Aim: To promote a culture of peace by fostering a mentality of peace and non-violence, to increase tolerance, promoting intercultural awareness by reducing prejudice.

📝 I:"I learned about different cultures, customs, and developed my language skills. The activities helped us understand how to manage our emotions, think critically and avoid conflict."

📝 P:" I learned more about each culture, met and worked with young people from different countries. The workshops challenged us to think critically. The group activities encouraged us to work together to find solutions to different problems."

📝 M:"I learned about the cultures and traditions of the participating countries through the intercultural evenings. This project promoted peace and tolerance and helped me to become more independent, responsible and improve my language skills."

📝 L: "I have learned to communicate more easily, to make new friends and that a small mistake doesn't define a person, they help us to discover our weaknesses and correct them, to reach the peak performance we want to achieve."

📝 I:"We learned how to understand each other, to find common ground, to solve problems amicably. This experience taught me to be kinder, more understanding to those around me. I met some special people, formed new friendships."

📝 I:"I learned what it is like to live in a multicultural environment with different principles, customs and traditions. The theme of the project encouraged peace and gave us a wide variety of solutions to settle conflicts."
